Can you charge a second battery for the Plantronics CS50/CS55 & CS50-USB while using the unit?
A. You can only charge a second battery if you have a second charger or charging base. We have a Plantronics CS50/CS55 charger available so that you can charge a second headset. Call our sales line @ 1-877-999-3838 for purchasing information. The headset and the charging base come synced (i.e. “linked”) to each other. However, if you wish to use a second headset with the base unit, you will need to Sync (link) that headset to the charging base. Every time you switch headsets, you will need to re-sync. See instructions below: If you’re replacing your existing CS50/CS55 headset with another one, there are the syncing Instructions: NOTE: Before re-subscribing the system make sure the IntelliStand switch (on the right side of the charging base) is in the “_” position and NOT the “=” position. To Re-Sync: The headset and the base unit are supplied subscribed to each other.
