Can you catch mewtwo with an ultra ball?
Yes you can all you need to do is have a strong level pokemon (I sugest level 100) who knows false swipe. once you have this pokemon with you go up to mew2 and battle him when the battle starts use the pokemon who knows false swipe to get him to 1 hp than throw youre ultra ball at him. you may have to do this a few times becose he knows recover.
