If you are too broke to afford gas money then you are too broke to have a dog! Also consider this (which will be a stretch for you since you were actually lame enough to get on here and ask such a stupid question) turn the dog over to a humane society because if you try it (which you do seem actually stupid enough to do) you will be arrested for cruelity to animals and you will go to jail.
