We do undertake insitu metallography by replica technique in which metallography is done by polishing & etching of test surface and then getting the microstructure image on a plastic film which in turn is viewed on a microscope. This technique allows study of microstructure without cutting a sample. We can carryout this on all type of metals. Our charges for this type of service will depend on number of locations which need to be tested.
