Can you briefly explain privacy and sharing on Quartzy?

Privacy: We are scientists by training, and we have built Quartzy keeping privacy in mind at every level. You can customize your own Quartzy profile to give others as much or as little access to your inventory as you want. Here’s how it works: • Each user get’s a “Private” inventory. Stuff that goes in that inventory is invisible to everybody else on the Quartzy network. NOBODY sees that stuff. • Your Lab Inventory (the real “meat” of the site) is only visible to your LabMates. Becoming somebody’s LabMate requires mutual approval, so you know exactly who can see your Lab Inventory at all times. • NONE of the stuff you make in lab (constructs, antibodies, experimental samples) and store in your Lab Inventory is visible to anybody except your LabMates. Sharing: Being scientists, we also know that we would probably have never made it if it weren’t for sharing from my fellow scientists. In addition, our inboxes would get blasted 5x/week with people looking for various antibodies, chemicals
