You should continue to take the same vitamin you took during the pregnancy. Even if you consume 1,700 calories a day (which will seem HUGE after living on 800) you will still quickly loose the extra weight you put on during the pregnancy. If you are loosing more then two pounds a week, there is a large chance that the weight will come back on, and you will hit a weight platue. It took you nine months to put on that weight, give yourself time to loose it. You need to take care of a little one, and that baby needs you to be healty.
