Can you break a police car window with a police baton?
Actually, the windows on police cars are the same as any other car. While the old, wooden “straight stick” may have had some problems (many sticks were designed to break before causing serious injury), the PR-24s, collapsible PR-24s and the ASP will all break a car window with little problem. The reason people presume they are stronger is that, on TV, you see people kicking or banging their heads against them with out breaking them. It’s just that in real life you never see people doing this in their own cars. Trust me, car windows are hard to break by punching, head butting or even kicking them. It can be done, but you would probably hurt yourself before the window went. I hope this helps.
