Can you be a phlebotomist with a felony?
This completely depends upon the particular felony and the hospital policy. From what I have found it also depends on if you need a license to hold that position. If that is the case it will be much more difficult, even if you get the felony expunged you can be denied any state, federal or local license. It just depends upon the mood of the committee.
