Letters can only be displayed in a plain all caps style; they cannot be underscored, italicized, or displayed in bold. A single underscore character can be typed using the Shift+Hyphen key. Use single underscore characters when you want to show how many letters there are in a word in a clue.A long underscore character can be used to represent words in a clue. Type Shift+U to create a long underscore. The long underscore is only available in Classroom Jeopardy! Base Units with software version higher than 1.01.04. The software version for your Classroom Jeopardy! Base Unit is displayed on the opening splash screen that appears when you first turn on your base unit. Your Classroom Jeopardy!
