Wine or cider may be received from traders in other Member States in bulk only for further processing (in the same way that producers/makers can receive bulk product from other UK sources). Finished product cannot be received into manufacturers’ premises. All intra-EU movements must follow the procedures set down in Notice 197, Notice 203 or Notice 204 (whichever is appropriate).
