Can WiiFit help you lose weight and gain muscle?
You know, I thought WiiFit was the stupidest concept ever when I saw that my stepmother got it, but the kids I babysit were playing with it today, and I suppose it really is a good idea. They set up a lot of the exercises like games… it gets kind of addicting, and therefore you burn tons of calories without really realizing it! As for the muscle… don’t expect to gain muscle by doing it. It might build some lean muscle through the cardio, but for muscle you will need to strength train. And don’t ignore strength training it is extremely important. Not only does it make you feel great, but muscle actually burns tons of calories just by existing!
