Can wheat grass be used for cat grass?
It’s ok if they eat some of it however they probably won’t like it. Nutritionally they won’t get much from cat grass or wheat grass. My cats just don’t find wheat grass as appealing compared to cat grass. The ‘cat’ grass I get is a mixture of barley rye and wheat grasses. It looks just like wheat grass even though it’s not pure wheat grass. p.s. I know Petsmart and Target both have cat grass. It’s cheap and you can grow it in a few days.
