Can Web Cache be used to load balance across Forms instances?

Web Cache can be used with sticky session routing to load balance requests against multiple Oracle Application Server instances running Forms. Web Cache can also be configured to monitor a Forms URL, so that Web Cache can re-route to a different machine if Forms is not working on a given instance. This helps new requests to be routed to a working node, although the in-flight sessions are impacted.
