While these types of files appear to upload properly, the results are intermittent. It is recommended to select SAVE AS > WORD 97/2003 when saving a file in Word, prior to Uploading it to Web BGAS. Excel files should also be saved as EXCEL 97. Once we have certain upgrades in place, this step will not be necessary.
