Can we waive the 90 day waiting period for legal separation in Clark County?

The parties can consent to file the legal separation in any county. I do not personally practice in Clark County and have not looked at any local rules, but, I do not believe there is any 90 day waiting period for a legal separation. Perhaps in Clark County – but, I do not believe the statutory waiting period applies to legal separation. Looking this answer up only takes a few minutes at the office, but I am at home. Feel free to e-mail me directly. I have heard that some states have a 90 day waiting period for a legal separation – maybe Oregon is such a state and you have heard people talk about it in legal proceedings across the river.
