Can we use the new phone system to deliver service to students or temporary visitors?
It will be possible to assign phones to anyone an Institution likes after the system is rolled out to an Institution. Each new extension will require some handset, the provisioning/setup of a number, and will result in an annual maintenance charge. Billing to the students must be handled by the Institution at present as a mechanism to bill third parties or temporary visitors does not exist.
