Can we use the free service call for equipment not covered under the monitoring agreement?
Each monitoring plan provides some number of free service calls. These free calls are provided expressly for equipment not covered by the monitoring agreement. Covered equipment will be maintained by us either remotely or on-site, as necessary. We don’t charge extra for on-site work for monitored equipment. The free service calls can be used for problems with non-monitored equipment as needed. Please note, however, that if a free service call is not used within the allotted time period it is no longer available.
