….No, if you are not a Shoshone or Arapaho Tribal member you CAN NOT travel with livestock on tribal lands. Also, if you will be departing from the Dickinson Park Trailheads (Smith Lake, North Fork, and Bears Ears) and crossong tribal lands in your vehichle to get to these trailheads you will need to purchase your TRIBAL PERMITS.
