Yes you can. Antibiotics tend to kill off lactobacillus, and so this will help to replace them. Of course, there is the concern that the lactobacillus you take will also be killed, and some people say not to take it until your course of antibiotics is finished. I, however, take the position that not all the lactobacilli will be killed, and in fact you might start to develop some antibiotic-resistant lactobacilli, which would be a good thing. But whether or not you take lactobacillus with the antibiotic, it is definitely a good idea to take it after the antibiotic is finished.
