Can we try to conceive right away after a miscarriage?

0

You can try to conceive again as soon as the HCG pregnancy hormone is no longer in your blood. Most doctors suggest women wait 3 months to allow the HCG hormone to leave the body but since you miscarried so early into your pregnancy it should only take a week or so for your HCG level to return to zero. Another reason doctors suggest waiting is the allow women time to get emotionally ready to conceive again after a loss. If you feel that you are emotionally ready and your HCG hormone is back to zero then you can try to conceive again. When i had my miscarriage 5 weeks ago my doctor suggested that i waited until my next cycle before trying to conceive only to better pinpoint a due date. There is no reason to assume that getting pregnant soon after a miscarriage will cause another miscarriage; early trimester miscarriages are usually do to chromosome abnormalities. I hope this information help. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU AND LOTS OF BABY DUST!
