A. Unfortunately, no. The User License can never be transferred from its original HP 3000 to another HP 3000. The Operating System, the User License, Image/SQL (if it’s on the 3000) and ALLBASE/SQL (if it’s on the 3000) must stay with the original hardware and can never be swapped between two systems.
