Can we throw candy, Mardi Gras beads or other give-aways into the crowd?
No. No objects of any kind may be thrown into the crowds. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to stop. Further action may result in not being allowed to participate in the parade. You may have people walking beside your float, or as part of your group, who can hand give-aways to parade spectators.
