Yes and no. Yes, if you are thinking of simple static web site. Websites today, however, are more than simple HTML. At some point you may want to go beyond the capabilities of HTML and add event calendars, blogs, newsletters, photo galleries, website chat, e-commerce, vendor services, integrate to an existing CRM in-house and many more.
