That feature will be released at a later time. Once you have initially synced your LOS data into WorkCenter, future syncing will only bring in modified or new records. Automated syncing will be accomplished using Wizards, which will be released as a new version in the near future. Contact or LOS data can be synced into WorkCenter with a couple mouse clicks.
