Can we set reminders for users, in order to notify them when a task is soondue or overdue?

We have developed an external page that allows to send email notifications when a task is soondue or overdue. This page is executed everyday, at midnight (Eastern Time). You can ask for this page to be activated in your Hosted account. You must provide us the “soondue” and “overdue” values. For example, “soondue”=3 (you will be notified 3 days, 2 days and 1 day before the task’s due date).
