Can we set reminders for users, in order to notify them when a task is soon due or overdue?
Yes. Administrators can set reminders for all assigned or reviewer users to soon due or overdue tasks. The administrator must set the number of days users will be notified. The reminders are emailed everyday, at midnight (in each user’s time zone). For example, “soondue”=3 (you will be notified 3 days, 2 days and 1 day before the task’s due date).
