Yes. cgi scripts should be placed in the directory /site/cgi-bin, and are referred to as http://www.yoursitename.cam.ac.uk/cgi-bin/cgi_program Note: that cgi script can not be run from personal web pages (i.e. pages under public_html in a users’s home directory).
