Can we return or exchange orders with personalised laser engraving?
No. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for rings with personalised laser engraving so if you are not sure of the ring size then have the ring delivered to you first to try it out then send it back to us for laser engraving. However, you will have to cover the postage cost going back to us and then sending it back to you. **NOTE : We no longer accept Laser Engraving request for Tungsten Carbide Rings that are not bought from us.
