Can we reserve the upstairs portion of the Clubhouse for a private event?
The upstairs portion of the Clubhouse is a nice place to hold gatherings that could not be held in your room due to a large number of people. However, because the upstairs is utilized by our activities for guest functions, priority for use goes to Sandstone Creek Club guest activities. To see if the space is available for a private function, you must contact Bill VanCuren at 970/476-4405 or jabscc@vail.net. Please be aware that our policy for use of the Clubhouse over holidays has changed. Due to the demand for that space during holiday periods, there will be no private parties allowed unless you are the only one making a request. Shared use will be required based on the size of the groups making the requests. A $100 deposit is required to book the unit and is refundable after the space is determined to have been cleaned up by the guests. Any clean-up done by Sandstone Creek Club staff will be deducted from the deposit.
