Can we remove the veto from the permanent members of the security council of The United Nations?

I wish we would reform the Security Council altogether. I am in favor of having veto power for any nation removed. I am also in favor of retaining the 5 permanent members, but also favor representation (2 year terms) of a country from each of the continents (while lumping Australia in with Asia). This would then put the total in the council at 10. I would then favor 10 more additional countries, chosen as they are now,. to serve, putting the new Security Council at 20 members. This way, every continent has representation (with the obvious exception of Antartica, considering no one permanently lives there).
