Can we receive a copy of the on-site audit report from the auditor at the closing meeting?
No. During the closing meeting, the auditor will convey any findings verbally to the attendees and discuss any relevant issues. No written report will be given at this time. The CGSB will release the written report to the OA once it has been processed and reviewed by the CGSB Conformity Assessment Specialists. The CGSB targets a turnaround time of 10 working days from receipt of auditor’s initial report to provide the OA with the on-site audit report.
