The Wireless Cameras can be placed anywhere inside your home, up to 60 feet from the Gateway. Range is dependent on the composition and number of obstacles between the Wireless Camera and gateway. Cameras can be mounted on the wall, into the ceiling or simply placed on a countertop without screwing anything in. It is your choice.
