Can we mix cocoons harvested from chandrike with the cocoons harvested from rotary mountages ? .
No, cocoons harvested from bamboo chandrike should not be mixed with cocoons harvested from rotary mountages. Because, cocoons harvested from Rotary mountages fetch Rs. 15 to 20 more per kg compared to the cocoons harvested from chandrike. If farmer mixes both the cocoons, he will loose the benefit of rotary mountages.
