In college, it’s easy to skip class and laze around, especially when a lot of other people are doing it. What people forget however is that unlike high school, there are LESS grades in college. Some classes’ final grade can be determined by only 4 grades! It is a good idea to get good study habits early so that you don’t fall into the laze around routine, or you might find yourself in dire circumstances! Review the lesson plan prior to class. Take quick notes in class. Ask the professor after or during class questions you have about the lesson plan. Study the lesson in periods, that way you remember better Study for at least a total of an hour everyday before the next class. The problem about studying isn’t the actual studying itself, rather it’s the getting started part. Most people find that once they have gotten started, it’s much easier to continue.
