Can we include a team manager mode and allow hiring and firing of personnel?
No. There is no need. Teams can appoint real managers if they feel the need and the responsibility of managing the team will be a natural one and not something that we need to be involved with. Once teams start to include 2 or more drivers, a pit crew, mechanics, engineers etc then there really will be a need for a team manager to keep them all organised.
