Can we have an additional top level realm for our organisation?
Yes, provided your organisation is entitled to use that realm and has registered it in the DNS zone file. If you need to apply for a new domain name see: www.ja.net/services/domain-name-registration/register.ac.uk To use the realm name within JRS, it must first be added into the JRS Support database. For security reasons JRS site administrators are NOT able to add new tld realms to the JRS Support database directly from the JRS Support web site config pages. Instead requests must be registered through the JSD support desk in the usual way.
