Can we get a replacement for a broken vacuum cleaner or any soft items?
As mentioned on clause #10 of the Tenancy Agreement, “The University is not responsible for replacing “consumable” items such as irons, cutlery, toasters, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, and coffee makers as they become obsolete or defective. However, AUS will continue to maintain the “white appliances,” the television and the furniture in your unit. The “white appliances” are defined as the stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
