Can we get a licence halfway through the year, not the calendar year and get a discount?
A. No. Our licence operates on a calendar year basis and we keep our (and therefore your) costs down by offering standard licence terms to all government entities. So if you pay for a licence in January, you will get twice as much access time than if you buy a licence in July. We have a simple structure to keep costs down so we issue and support them only on a calendar basis. Also you should be aware that the calendar year licence is about the period of access, not the number of monthly PhotoMaps. This means your licence gives you access to all PhotoMaps that we have, including our archive of PhotoMaps from previous years.
