CDTs and IPRTs which are converting to a PROS program may continue to also operate as a CDT or IPRT until four months after beginning operation as a PROS program. However, the co-enrollment limitations still apply during the transition period, and providers must ensure adherence to the documentation and service requirements associated with the submitted claim. OMH may consider, upon request, an extension of this transition phase, for a period of up to two months. The conversion process will need to be described in the PAR application.
