A. Yes. In fact, many AMO customers download data directly into Excel. Q. Members will sometimes take leaves of absence or otherwise become inactive. Can we keep them in our database, but limit their access? A. Yes. Member records can be set to “inactive”. This will maintain their data in AMO for mailings and other uses.
