Can we discontinue offering all health plans in the group and individual market?
Yes. You must notify the OIC of the intent to discontinue the existing health coverage at least 180 days prior to the discontinuation. With such discontinuation, you may not provide either coverage in the group or individual market in the state for a five-year period beginning on the date of discontinuation of the last health plan not renewed.
