That is fine for working versions of documents, but the final versions of Key Project Deliverables documents must follow the naming convention outlined in the CCS PMM. The rationale is that document names will be shorter, consistent, and will clearly identify the type of deliverable contained. These documents will be stored in the Project Office web-based project repository, to which customers/stakeholders can be directed via the appropriate URL.
