If the personnel proposed are “salaried – exempt” the answer is No. If the personnel proposed are “non-exempt hourly” the answer is yes for anything over 40 hours in a contiguous week, but ICF will not pay overtime just because personnel may be working on week-ends unless the federal and state of Virginia rules for overtime pay are met.
