Can we carry eggplant Parmesan cutlets in the frozen department?
There are so many terrific products out there that are frozen but only so much space. Right now, there is no room to add it as I have a list of more highly-demanded products waiting for space to become open in the freezer, but I will definitely keep it on my list for the future. We have talked with Leslie and Wes at the farm and they are happy to sell the co-op some of their Moon Glo cheese in wheels, we just have to get set up to do the cutting, packaging, and labeling. We now carry Oasis fresh pitas in the refrigerated department. These pitas are less expensive and we’ve been getting a good response to them from customers.
