If you mean, will they make you sick no. Though the thought might make you gag! Actually a number of Jews escaping the Holocaust hid in forests and survived on plants they could find and earthworms along with any animals they could trap. They are actually 70% protein.

yes they are good for you alot of nutrients and vitimans and rich in protein, i eat them raw all the time
