Can we block previously entered applications so they are not accessible to new users? Is there a way to block access to the “view applications” function for users completing their applications online?

Yes, when they attempt to log on, they will be asked for a user ID and a password. Each ministry site assigns a password to each individual application. The applicant can use the password assigned by the site and thus block access to all items except their application.
