However, if you want to charge additional premium to implement this change prior to 9/23/2010, we expect you to submit an endorsement and rate filing with the proposed early implementation date. If you choose not to charge additional premium and implement this change early, you still need to file the endorsement to reflect the extension of coverage to these children with an effective date on or after 9/23/10.
