Can we attach a core 2 duo mother board on pentium3 or can we attach it pentium 4?
Some Core 2 Duo motherboards support some Pentium 4’s. In fact, most Core 2 Duo motherboards support all LGA 775 Pentium 4 CPUs. When in doubt, look on the web site of the motherboard manufacturer. Most of them will provide the complete list of CPUs each motherboard supports. A P3 is a non-starter though. For one thing, the FSB is pumped differently.
