Grant applications are awarded for a maximum of $10,000 annually for Core Grants and a maximum of $20,000 annually for Strategic Grants – with grant-terms of up to 3-years. There are no lump-sum disbursements. Core Grants are disbursed on a monthly basis beginning in July of 2005 and Strategic Grants are disbursed quarterly beginning September 1, 2005 (at the last month of each fiscal quarter).
