Can we amend, cancel or vary a Frequent Flyer booking once we have asked for a REQUEST to be processed?
Flight bookings are usually locked in and hard to vary but if dates, times, routes can be amended then each Airline has their own set loss of Points and Fees that they will levy against each traveler and/or the Frequent Flyer member to allow (if available) such an amendment to take place. Many QANTAS International flight bookings made in conjunction with their ONE WORLD partners cannot be amended in any way-even if you hold Platinum or Gold or Chairman’s Lounge status. (Remember we told you so!) – So please ask us to book only when you are sure. These are levied in addition to any Frequent Flyer Club fees. We suggest to be sure of your initial REQUEST as changes or cancellations sometimes carry heavy penalties with many time an on-availability of new dates, times, routes requested.
